I was sitting at my desk about to write a blog post about breakfast ideas when my daily tip from the eaTipster app popped up on my iPhone. I had to smile as it linked to a recipe that would make a great base for a quick breakfast - pumpkin raisin muffins.

It seems like there’s an app (mobile application) for everything. I did a search on the app store for “nutrition” apps and found 1,156 results (and counting). + MORE
