Fitness for the new year

Are you all ready for your holiday celebrations? We hope you‘re finding time to relax, be active, and enjoy your beautiful surroundings. If you’re anything like me and still at the mall shopping for last minute gifts, make sure to walk that extra lap (or two) before you leave!

Over the holidays, I like to take the time to reflect on what I accomplished this past year. I also think about what I want to improve or achieve next year. For me, being specific about what I want to achieve and how I will do it, has always been the biggest motivator. + MORE
